• Key Responsibilities: Handle IT & Non-IT recruitment from sourcing to onboarding
• Coordinate with colleges, candidates, clients, and trainers
• Support EdTech programs, campus activities, and training operations
• Manage interviews, recruitment MIS, and candidate tracking
• Support client coordination and business development activities
• Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini for recruitment and operations
• Be willing to travel when required for campus programs, client meetings, and business activities.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
