Job Description
Make outbound calls to customers regarding pending broadband/Internet payments.
Follow up with customers for overdue and upcoming bill payments.
Explain payment due dates, outstanding amounts, plans, and available payment options.
Handle customer queries related to billing, payment status, and account details.
Encourage customers to make timely payments and avoid service disconnection.
Maintain proper call records and update customer payment status.
Coordinate with the Billing, Customer Support, and Technical teams when required.
Good communication skills in Telugu and Hindi.
Basic English communication is preferred.
Good convincing and negotiation skills.
Customer-handling and problem-solving ability.
Basic computer knowledge.
BPO/Telecalling/Telecom experience is preferred, but suitable freshers can also be considered.
