🎯 JOB SUMMARY

Fortune Sales is looking for an experienced Tally Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations, maintain accurate financial records, handle Tally Prime/ERP, bank reconciliation, GST/TDS compliance, and support regular financial reporting.

The ideal candidate should have good practical knowledge of accounting and be comfortable independently handling routine accounting activities.

📋 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

🧾 Accounting & Tally Operations

• Handle day-to-day accounting entries in Tally Prime/Tally ERP.

• Maintain sales, purchase, receipt, payment and journal records.

• Ensure proper ledger posting and balancing.

• Regularly verify and reconcile accounting records.

🏦 Bank & Ledger Reconciliation

• Perform regular bank reconciliation and identify discrepancies.

• Maintain accurate customer, vendor and general ledgers.

• Track outstanding receivables and payables.

📊 GST & TDS Compliance

• Assist in preparation and filing of GST and TDS returns.

• Handle GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B filing-related activities.

• Maintain supporting records and documents for tax compliance.

• Assist with ITR e-filing and related documentation.

💰 Accounts Receivable & Payable

• Monitor customer outstanding payments and vendor dues.

• Maintain accurate receivable and payable records.

• Coordinate for payment entries and account reconciliation.

🔍 Record Verification

• Check accounting entries for accuracy and completeness.

• Identify discrepancies and correct errors in records.

• Maintain organized financial documents and reports.

⭐ IDEAL CANDIDATE

A practical Tally Accountant with 2+ years of experience who has hands-on knowledge of Tally Prime, GST/TDS, bank reconciliation, GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, ledgers, receivables and payables.

💰 SALARY

₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month
