A Tele Loans Team Leader manages a team of telesales executives to drive outbound loan applications, monitor daily call targets, and ensure conversion goals are met
Key Responsibilities
- Team Management: Guide, coach, and motivate a team of 10 to 15 telesales officers daily.
- Target Achievement: Drive revenue generation and hit outbound loan disbursement or lead conversion targets.
- Performance Monitoring: Track daily call metrics, monitor CRM pipelines, and evaluate individual executive performance.
- Training & Onboarding: Train new joiners on product knowledge (such as personal, business, or home loans) and effective pitching techniques.
- Reporting: Maintain and prepare daily MIS, business growth, and sales performance reports.
- Escalation Handling: Resolve complex customer queries, handle complaints, and coordinate with operations or field sales teams.
