Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and student-focused Student Counsellor to guide students in selecting suitable courses and career pathways. The counsellor will handle student enquiries, counselling sessions, follow-ups, admissions and parent communication.

Key Responsibilities

Handle enquiries from students through calls, WhatsApp and walk-ins.

Understand students’ educational background, interests and career goals.

Provide counselling regarding suitable courses, programs and career opportunities.

Explain course details, eligibility, fees, duration and admission procedures.

Convert enquiries into admissions through effective counselling and follow-up.

Maintain regular follow-up with prospective students.

Coordinate with students, parents, trainers and management.

Maintain student enquiry and admission records.

Conduct counselling sessions individually or in groups.

Support students throughout the admission process.

Achieve monthly enquiry, conversion and admission targets.

Participate in seminars, workshops and student promotional activities.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

1–3 years of experience in student counselling, education sales, admissions or customer relationship roles preferred.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Good convincing and presentation abilities.

Comfortable communicating in English and Telugu.

Basic computer and MS Office knowledge.

Ability to work with targets and follow-up systematically.

Salary

₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month, depending on experience and performance.

Performance incentives available based on admissions/conversions.
