Job Description

Job DescriptionWe are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Admission Counsellors to join our growing education team.

The candidate will be responsible for counselling students and parents, explaining courses and admission processes, following up with leads, and converting enquiries into admissions.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesCounsel students and parents regarding courses, colleges and career opportunities.
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective students.
  • Explain course details, eligibility, fees and admission procedures.
  • Follow up with leads through calls and WhatsApp.
  • Convert prospective students into successful admissions.
  • Maintain regular follow-ups and update lead status in CRM/Google Sheets.
  • Achieve daily, weekly and monthly admission targets.
  • Build a good relationship with students and parents.
  • Coordinate with the admissions and management team.
