Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Welcome customers and provide excellent customer service.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
  • Handle billing and cash/card/UPI transactions.
  • Arrange and replenish products on shelves.
  • Maintain cleanliness and attractive product displays in the store.
  • Assist in receiving, checking, and organizing stock.
  • Pack customer orders for in-store and online purchases.
  • Monitor product expiry dates and ensure proper stock rotation.
  • Support inventory counting and stock management.
