Requirements

• Experience : 7.5+years
• Strong hands-on experience with Sitecore XM Cloud.
• Strong experience with ASP.NET Core, C#, and modern .NET development.
• Hands-on experience with Sitecore AI / Sitecore Stream.
• Strong experience with Sitecore XP, XM, and XM Cloud architecture and implementations.
• Experience with Sitecore Search, Sitecore Personalize, Content Hub, SXA, JSS, and Experience Edge.
• Strong knowledge of Sitecore Content Serialization (SCS), GraphQL, and webhooks.
• Experience designing and developing enterprise-scale Sitecore applications and digital experience platforms.
• Proven experience leading Sitecore migration and modernization initiatives from traditional XP/XM platforms to XM Cloud.
• Strong experience with C#, ASP.NET Core, and .NET 8+.
• Experience designing REST APIs, microservices, integrations, and cloud-native solutions.
• Strong front-end experience with React.js, Next.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Hands-on experience with Coveo Search and/or Sitecore Search, including search relevance and optimization.
• Strong understanding of Generative AI, LLMs, prompt engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and AI-powered content management.
• Experience working with Azure OpenAI and AI/LLM integrations.
• Understanding of Agentic AI platforms and AI agent architectures.
• Experience designing AI-driven personalization, intelligent search, content generation, and customer engagement solutions.
• Strong understanding of Azure cloud architecture, Azure DevOps, Git, CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and cloud-native development.
• Experience establishing secure, scalable, observable, and high-performance enterprise architectures.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, DevOps, engineering standards, and production support practices.
• Ability to lead architecture and technical design discussions with senior business and technology stakeholders.
• Strong mentoring, coaching, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work effectively with globally distributed engineering teams.
• Strong ownership, innovation mindset, analytical ability, and willingness to stay current with emerging AI technologies.
• Sitecore Certified Professional certification is desirable.
• Cloud certifications are desirable.
• Digital Marketing certifications or professional memberships are an advantage.
• Vercel certification is an advantage.
• Agentic AI certification is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Define the overall architecture, technical strategy, and roadmap for Sitecore AI initiatives and enterprise digital experience platforms.
• Design, develop, and support enterprise-scale Sitecore applications and digital experience solutions.
• Lead migration and modernization programs from traditional Sitecore XP/XM implementations to Sitecore XM Cloud and AI-enabled platforms.
• Architect and implement AI-driven personalization, search, content generation, content optimization, and customer engagement solutions.
• Design scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions using Sitecore AI, Sitecore Stream, Sitecore Search, Personalize, Content Hub, Connect, Experience Edge, and Generative AI technologies.
• Implement and manage Sitecore Content Serialization (SCS) for source control, deployment automation, and environment management.
• Design and optimize Coveo Search and Sitecore Search solutions to improve search relevance, discoverability, and overall user experience.
• Develop headless and composable digital experience solutions using Sitecore JSS, React.js, Next.js, and modern architecture patterns.
• Design and integrate REST APIs, microservices, AI services, and cloud-native solutions.
• Design and implement enterprise AI solutions leveraging Azure OpenAI, LLMs, RAG, AI agents, semantic search, and intelligent content platforms.
• Establish engineering standards and best practices covering security, scalability, performance, observability, CI/CD, and DevOps.
• Lead architecture reviews and technical design discussions with business and technology stakeholders.
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring, coaching, and developer enablement to engineering teams.
• Conduct knowledge-sharing sessions and training programs on Sitecore AI capabilities, architecture patterns, and implementation best practices.
• Stay current with Sitecore AI, Sitecore Stream, XM Cloud, Generative AI, and emerging technology releases and evaluate their applicability to business use cases.
• Lead Sitecore modernization, cloud transformation, platform optimization, and AI adoption initiatives.
• Collaborate with globally distributed engineering teams and technical communities of practice.
• Provide hands-on support for production issues, enhancements, troubleshooting, and ongoing development activities.
• Balance strategic architecture responsibilities with hands-on technical delivery and operational excellence.
• Drive continuous improvement, innovation, technical thought leadership, and adoption of emerging AI technologies.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
