Establish architecture guardrails, principles, and best practices. Ensure solutions meet security, scalability, reliability, and compliance requirements. Lead architecture review boards and design forums. Solution Architecture Drive solution architecture for enterprise data and analytics initiatives. Define integration approaches and architectural patterns. Oversee data platform design and technology selection. Review non-functional requirements including performance, resiliency, and security. Guide architectural decisions throughout the project lifecycle. Vendor & Resource Management Manage external architects, consultants, and vendor teams. Drive vendor governance, performance management, and cost optimization. Allocate architecture resources across projects and initiatives. Support workforce planning and architecture capacity management. Leadership & Capability Development Mentor and coach architects and technical teams. Support architecture capability development and knowledge sharing. Promote adoption of architecture standards and reusable patterns. Establish best practices across architecture communities.
