Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-end recruitment and onboarding
  • Employee engagement and HR operations
  • Attendance, leave, and payroll coordination
  • Statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, Labour Laws)
  • Performance management and employee relations
  • HR documentation and MIS reporting

Requirements:

  • Graduate/MBA in HR preferred
  • 3–6 years of HR experience (Jewellery/Retail experience preferred)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong knowledge of MS Excel and HR processes
