Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, screening, interview scheduling, and candidate follow-up.
Maintain and update employee records, HR documents, and personnel files.
Handle joining formalities, onboarding, induction, and exit formalities.
Monitor employee attendance, leave, late coming, permissions, and related HR records.
Assist in performance management and appraisal processes.
Maintain HR reports related to headcount, attendance, leave, recruitment, attrition, and employee status.
Ensure compliance with applicable HR and statutory requirements.
Required Skills :
- Good knowledge of HR processes and practices.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good interpersonal and employee relationship skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and HRMS software.
