Job Description
Sales Manager
Role: Drive day-to-day sales performance and ensure achievement of team and individual targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly sales and retail targets.
- Lead, monitor and motivate the sales team.
- Drive enquiries, follow-ups, test rides, bookings and conversions.
- Conduct daily performance reviews and ensure CRM/DMS discipline.
- Track individual sales executive performance and productivity.
- Improve conversion ratios and minimise lost/ageing enquiries.
- Ensure proper execution of TVS schemes, processes and customer experience.
- Take immediate corrective action on underperformance.
Ideal Candidate: 5+ years of automobile/dealership sales experience with strong team-handling and target-achievement skills.
