  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
  • Explain product features, pricing, and benefits.
  • Prepare quotes and follow up on leads.
  • Negotiate terms and close sales.
  • Maintain positive relationships with existing customers.
  • Keep customer records and sales reports up to date.


Handle user doubts and build trust

Maintain daily call follow-ups and conversion updates
