Job Description:

Airways Aviation is looking for a proactive and target-oriented Marketing Executive to drive student admissions, communicate with prospective students and parents, and promote the academy’s aviation training programs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to prospective students and follow up on enquiries and leads.

- Explain aviation courses, career opportunities, admission procedures, and fee structures.

- Engage with parents, address their queries, and build confidence in the academy’s training standards.

- Convert prospective students into confirmed admissions.

- Follow up consistently with interested candidates to achieve admission targets.

- Maintain records of leads, follow-ups, and admission status.

- Coordinate with the admissions and administration teams to ensure a smooth enrolment process.

- Support marketing campaigns, student outreach activities, and promotional initiatives.

Requirements:

- Good communication and convincing skills.

- Ability to interact professionally with students and parents.

- Strong follow-up, negotiation, and lead-conversion skills.

- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel.

- Prior experience in educational counselling, telecalling, sales, or admissions is preferred.

Preferred Candidate: A confident, result-oriented individual with a strong interest in student counselling, sales, and the aviation education sector.
