🕘 Timings: 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM

We are hiring Sales Professionals for the following roles:

1. Sales Manager – Agency

💰 CTC: Up to ₹5.2 LPA

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit, onboard and manage insurance advisors.
• Train and motivate advisors to achieve sales targets.
• Generate new business and acquire customers.
• Monitor advisor performance and productivity.
• Conduct advisor/customer meetings and joint calls.
• Build strong business relationships and achieve targets.

Requirements:

• Graduate mandatory.
• Minimum 6 months of sales experience.
• Insurance sales experience preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation and networking skills.
• Personal vehicle required/preferred for field movement.

2. Relationship Manager – Direct

💰 CTC: ₹3.2 – ₹4.5 LPA

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads through market visits, referrals and prospecting.
• Acquire new customers and sell insurance products.
• Conduct customer meetings and explain products based on their needs.
• Follow up with prospects and convert leads into business.
• Maintain customer relationships and support policy issuance.
• Track leads and achieve assigned sales targets.

Requirements:

• Graduate mandatory.
• Minimum 6 months of sales experience.
• Experience in Insurance, Banking, DSA, Pharma/Medical Sales, FMCG or other field sales preferred.
• Good communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
