Job Description

Mass Sourcing: Identify and recruit blue-collar Delivery Associates through field visits, local ads, job fairs, and social media channels.

Field Hiring: Conduct aggressive field recruitment drives near delivery hubs, local marketplaces, and transit nodes.

Onboarding Execution: Manage end-to-end onboarding, including document collection (Aadhaar, PAN, DL), background checks, and app activation.
