Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable and responsible Office Boy to support the daily operations of our office. The role involves maintaining office cleanliness, assisting staff with basic tasks, handling office errands, and ensuring smooth day-to-day office functioning.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the office premises, including workstations, meeting rooms, and common areas.
• Serve tea/coffee/water to employees and visitors when required.
• Assist with basic office tasks such as photocopying, printing, and document filing.
• Handle office errands such as delivering documents, purchasing office supplies, and managing courier services.
• Support administrative staff with day-to-day operational tasks.
• Ensure pantry and office supplies are stocked and organized.
• Assist in setting up meeting rooms when required.

Requirements

• Basic reading and communication skills.
• Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
• Responsible, punctual, and trustworthy.
• Ability to perform basic physical tasks and office errands.
