Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager – Premium Services to manage the end-to-end operations services at our Uppal Hub.

The role will be responsible for ensuring that all premium shipments are handled with speed, accuracy, security and service consistency, while maintaining strict adherence to defined SOPs, real-time tracking, OTP-based delivery, premium packaging and customer communication standards.

The Operations Manager will coordinate with hub teams, delivery personnel, branches, franchise partners and central operations to ensure seamless movement of premium shipments from booking and collection through hub processing, linehaul, last-mile delivery and proof of delivery.
