Job Description
A telesales executive is a sales professional who sells products or services directly to customers over the phone.
Key Responsibilities
- Making Calls: Reach out to new prospects (cold calling) or follow up with existing leads.
- Pitching Products: Explain product features, pricing, and benefits to potential buyers.
- Handling Objections: Answer customer questions and overcome hesitation to close deals.
- Updating Records: Log call details, customer preferences, and sales progress into a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system.
- Meeting Targets: Achieve daily, weekly, or monthly sales and call quotas.
Essential Skills
- Communication: Clear, polite, and persuasive speaking voice.
