📌 About the Role

ImpactVibes Private Limited is looking for a Sales Manager / Assistant Sales Manager to drive B2B sales, customer acquisition, business development, and revenue growth for our JUST CONNECT technology solutions.

The ideal candidate should have strong sales experience, excellent communication and negotiation skills, leadership qualities, and the ability to independently manage sales opportunities and build strong customer relationships.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

Generate and develop new B2B business opportunities.

Connect with business owners, senior management, and key decision-makers.

Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.

Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and client meetings.

Prepare proposals and commercial quotations.

Negotiate with customers and drive opportunities towards closure.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-ups.

Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.

Coordinate with technical and implementation teams for smooth execution.

Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

Guide, support, and motivate the sales team when required.

Maintain accurate CRM updates, sales reports, and pipeline data.

Take ownership of assigned targets and contribute to overall business growth.

👤 Who Can Apply?

3–7 years of experience in B2B Sales / Business Development.

Experience in IT, Telecom, SaaS, Cloud, CPaaS, or Communication Solutions is preferred.

Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.

Strong leadership qualities with the ability to guide and motivate a sales team.

Target-oriented, self-motivated, and result-driven.

Ability to independently manage the complete sales cycle.

Strong customer acquisition and business development skills.

Willingness to travel for customer meetings.
