Jr. Accountant

Crown Living is looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to support our day-to-day accounts, billing, payment tracking, and administrative activities.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain daily income and expense records
• Track resident rent payments, deposits, refunds, and outstanding dues
• Update payment records in Google Sheets / accounting software
• Handle cash, UPI, bank transfer, and other payment reconciliations
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly collection reports
• Maintain vendor bills, purchase invoices, and payment records
• Verify bills and supporting documents before processing payments
• Perform bank reconciliation and cash reconciliation
• Follow up on pending payments and outstanding balances
• Maintain proper records of resident security deposits and refunds
• Support GST, TDS, and other statutory accounting requirements
• Coordinate with CA / senior accountant for monthly accounts and compliance
• Maintain organized digital and physical accounting records
• Assist management with MIS reports, expense analysis, and other accounting requirements
• Required SkillsBasic knowledge of accounting principles
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets
• Familiarity with Tally or similar accounting software preferred
• Basic understanding of GST and TDS preferred
• Good numerical accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to maintain confidential financial information
• Good communication and follow-up skills
• Comfortable working independently and coordinating with residents, vendors, and staff

QualificationB.Com / M.Com / Accounting-related qualification preferred
