We’re Hiring | Growth & Operations Intern – Guestly

Guestly is looking for a motivated and creative Growth & Operations Intern to join our team in Hyderabad.

This is an opportunity to work closely with the founding team and gain practical experience across host acquisition, business development, marketing, hospitality operations and guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and connect with property owners, villa operators and hospitality businesses.

• Conduct calls, outreach and follow-ups with prospective hosts.

• Assist in onboarding and launching properties on the Guestly platform.

• Build and maintain relationships with hosts and partners.

• Develop creative marketing and customer acquisition ideas.

• Research new growth opportunities, partnerships and local markets.

• Support day-to-day hospitality operations and guest experience.

• Identify operational challenges and take initiative to find solutions.

• Provide feedback and ideas that can help improve Guestly’s product and business.

• Work closely with the founding team on strategic initiatives.

• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

• Creative thinking and an interest in marketing and growth.

• Confidence in making calls and communicating with business owners.

• Strong ownership and willingness to take responsibility.

• Ability to work independently in a fast-moving startup environment.

• Willingness to learn and take on responsibilities beyond a fixed job description.

Previous experience in sales, marketing, hospitality, business development or operations is an advantage, but not mandatory.

What We Offer

• Stipend: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month
