Job Description

  • Welcome and assist customers with a warm, premium shopping experience.


  • Understand customer preferences and recommend jewellery based on their style, occasion and requirements.


  • Explain product details, craftsmanship, plating, care instructions and brand policies clearly.


  • Achieve individual and store-level sales targets.


  • Handle walk-in customers and enquiries professionally.


  • Follow up with customers for enquiries, reservations, custom orders and repeat purchases.


  • Maintain strong customer relationships and encourage repeat visits.


  • Assist customers with billing, packaging and order handover.


  • Maintain accurate product displays and ensure the showroom remains visually appealing.


  • Ensure jewellery is handled, stored and displayed carefully.


  • Coordinate with the inventory and operations team for stock availability and transfers.


  • Maintain accurate records of customer enquiries and sales follow-ups.


  • Support festive campaigns, launches, events and in-store promotions.


  • Handle customer concerns professionally and escalate issues when required.


  • Follow Necheli's customer service standards, store procedures and policies.
