Retail Sales Executive

HunyHuny is looking for a friendly and energetic Retail Sales Executive for our Hyderabad store. You will welcome parents, show them our premium baby furniture and maternity items, and manage daily store operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Service: Greet walk-in parents, understand their needs, and guide them in choosing the best baby and maternity products.
• Product Demonstrations: Explain and demonstrate features and safety standards of items like cots, cribs, and strollers.
• Sales Targets: Drive in-store sales, upsell items, and work to meet monthly goals.
• Billing & POS: Handle counter billing, point-of-sale (POS) transactions, and the cash register.
• Store Maintenance: Keep the store clean, manage visual displays, and track stock inventory levels.
• Support: Answer customer questions and help coordinate basic after-sales service.

Requirements & Skills

• Experience: 1 to 6 years of experience in retail or counter sales.
• Education: 12th pass or higher qualification.
• Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills with a warm, approachable personality for parents.
• Core Skills: Customer handling, product demonstrations, and basic inventory or computer/POS knowledge.
• Availability: Comfortable working flexible retail shifts and weekends (6 days working).
