Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment: Source candidates, screen resumes, and coordinate interviews.
  • Onboarding: Manage joining formalities, induction, and documentation.
  • Employee Relations: Resolve workplace conflicts and handle grievances.
  • Operations: Support payroll processing, track attendance, and update HRMS databases.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to statutory labor laws and regulations. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]



Requirements & Skills


Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
