HR Recruiter

Prakom Group of Companies is looking for an experienced HR Recruiter to join our team in Kondapur, Hyderabad.

Experience: 1-3 Years

Job Type: Full-Time

• Key ResponsibilitiesHandle end-to-end recruitment for sales, technical, production, and support roles.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, references, and social media.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
• Coordinate interviews with department heads and management.
• Follow up with selected candidates until joining.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Manage multiple vacancies and ensure timely hiring.
• Support onboarding and joining formalities.
• Prepare recruitment reports and provide regular hiring updates.
• RequirementsBachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of recruitment experience.
• Non-IT recruitment experience preferred.
• Experience in Building Materials, Construction, Manufacturing, uPVC, or Aluminium is an added advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
• Working knowledge of Naukri, LinkedIn, and MS Office.
