HR Executive

Position: HR Executive

Experience: 2+ Years

Location: Raidurg , Hyderabad

Qualification: MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
• Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and HR documentation.
• Drive the Performance Management System (PMS), including goal setting, KPI tracking, performance reviews, and appraisal coordination.
• Monitor employee performance and coordinate with managers for performance improvement plans.
• Prepare and track monthly/quarterly performance reports and HR MIS.
• Support salary, incentives, commissions, and performance-linked processes.
• Conduct employee engagement activities and address employee concerns.
• Coordinate BGV, confirmations, promotions, transfers, and exit formalities.
• Ensure HR policies, processes, and disciplinary procedures are properly followed.
• Work closely with department heads to identify manpower requirements and performance gaps.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee and organizational information.

Skills Required:

• 2+ years of HR experience, preferably in a performance-driven organization.
• Strong knowledge of Performance Management, KPIs, KRAs, and appraisals.
• Good recruitment and employee-handling skills.
• Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and HR reporting.
• Ability to analyze employee performance data and prepare reports.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Preferred: Experience in real estate, sales-driven organizations, or target-based environments will be an advantage.
