Job Description

Hyderabad Home Care is looking for an enthusiastic, responsible, and organized HR Recruiter to join our team immediately. The candidate will primarily handle nurse recruitment, candidate screening, interview coordination, and staff follow-ups.

This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates who want to start their careers in HR and recruitment.

Key Responsibilities

- Recruit nurses and healthcare staff through job portals, WhatsApp groups, and other recruitment channels.

- Source candidates through Apna, Indeed, social media, and other platforms.

- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.

- Coordinate interviews and follow up with shortlisted candidates.

- Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment records.

- Follow up with selected candidates to ensure they join on time.

- Coordinate with the operations team regarding staffing requirements.

- Assist with basic HR activities, documentation, and employee onboarding.

- Meet daily recruitment targets and ensure timely hiring.

Requirements

- Female candidates only.

- Any graduate; freshers are welcome to apply.

- Good communication skills and confidence in speaking over the phone.

- Basic knowledge of smartphones, WhatsApp, and computer applications.

- Willingness to make recruitment calls and follow up with candidates regularly.

- Responsible, punctual, and target-oriented.

- Ability to join immediately.

- Prior HR or recruitment experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
