Senior HR Manager

Manage end-to-end recruitment across all departments.

Understand hiring requirements and coordinate with department heads.

Supervise the HR and recruitment team and allocate daily tasks.

Monitor recruitment KPIs, targets, and hiring progress.

Oversee candidate screening, interviews, selection, and onboarding.

Manage employee attendance, leave, and HRMS records.

Handle employee documentation, joining formalities, and exit procedures.

Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and procedures.

Monitor employee performance, KRAs, KPIs, and productivity.

Conduct probation reviews and recommend employee confirmations.

Coordinate salary revisions, appraisals, and performance improvement plans.

Handle employee grievances, disciplinary issues, and conflict resolution.

Plan employee engagement activities and retention initiatives.

Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and company policies.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly HR reports for management.

Maintain recruitment trackers, employee databases, and HR documentation.

Coordinate with management on workforce planning and manpower requirements.

Identify training needs and coordinate employee development programs.

Monitor team productivity and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.

Improve HR processes to enhance operational efficiency and accountability.

Maintain confidentiality of employee information and company records.

Conduct regular HR team meetings and provide performance feedback.

Coordinate with finance and management regarding payroll and employee benefits.

Ensure smooth communication between employees, team leads, and management.

Support management in strategic HR planning and organizational development.
