Job Description
We are looking for an organised and responsible professional to independently manage end-to-end HR operations and daily administration for our office staff and site workers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage recruitment, interviews, onboarding, and employee documentation.
- Track attendance, overtime, leaves, and coordinate monthly payroll with accounts.
- Handle employee concerns, HR policies, performance review coordination, and disciplinary matters.
- Coordinate statutory compliance, exit formalities, and final settlements.
- Manage office supplies, assets, maintenance, and service vendors.
- Coordinate worker accommodation, travel, and administrative support for sites.
- Track manpower needs, admin expenses, and submit regular reports to management.
