Location: Chennai, Hyderabad, Mumbai and Pune

Education: Any Graduate

Experience: 1+yrs exp. In Goldloan and Gold Appraisal

About the Role: We are seeking dynamic and self-motivated field professionals with proven expertise in gold valuation and a strong customer-centric approach. This role entails end-to-end gold loan servicing at the customer’s doorstep, including lead sourcing, gold appraisal, and seamless disbursal within the designated territory. The ideal candidate will bring prior experience in the gold loan industry, demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and possess a results-driven mindset with a consistent focus on achieving performance benchmarks.

• Key Responsibilities:Source and acquire gold loan customers through doorstep visits.
• Appraise gold ornaments and verify KYC documents at the customer’s location.
• Ensure timely loan disbursement and deliver monthly sales targets
• Travel within the assigned territory for customer meetings and gold evaluations. 
• Generate leads from existing customers and referral networks. 
• Drive productivity and revenue growth from new and repeat customers. 
• Build long-term relationships with HNI customers for repeat business. 
• Coordinate with internal teams for customer support and grievance resolution. 
• Maintain strict compliance with all internal policies, processes, and regulations.

• Requirements:Graduate with a minimum of 1 year experience in gold valuation or sales in a gold loan company.
• Strong sales acumen with the ability to convert leads into disbursals.
• Comfortable with fieldwork and doorstep customer interaction.
• Willing to travel within assigned clusters/territories. (Bike & Driving License mandatory)
• Prior experience in NBFCs or financial services is preferred.
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and customer-centric mindset.
