Key Responsibilities


  • Meet prospective customers to understand their property requirements and recommend suitable projects.
  • Conduct site visits and property tours for clients.
  • Follow up with leads and convert prospects into customers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, channel partners, and brokers.
  • Negotiate sales terms and assist customers in closing property transactions.
  • Coordinate with the sales, marketing, legal, and finance teams to ensure smooth documentation and booking.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update the CRM system regularly.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitor projects, and customer preferences.
