We are looking for energetic, confident, and result-oriented Field Sales Executives to join our sales and business development team.
Job Responsibilities
- Generate franchise leads through field visits and networking.
- Meet potential customers and explain franchise plans and investment options.
- Conduct client meetings, follow-ups, and franchise presentations.
- Convert leads into successful franchise sales.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain customer records.
- Coordinate with the sales team for closures.
Requirements
- Good communication skills in English, Telugu & Hindi preferred.
- Confident, target-oriented, and self-motivated.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings.
- Two-wheeler & valid driving licence preferred.
- Freshers are welcome; sales experience is an advantage.
Salary & Benefits
- ₹16,000 – ₹25,000/month + Incentives
- Petrol Allowance + TADA
