About the RoleDakshinRehab is looking for an energetic and relationship-oriented Field Marketing & Referral Relations Executiveto promote our specialised rehabilitation services across Hyderabad.

The primary responsibility will be to visit hospitals, clinics, doctors and other healthcare professionals, introduce DakshinRehab’s services, develop professional referral relationships and generate appropriate patient enquiries and referrals.

This is primarily a field marketing and healthcare relationship-building role, not a digital marketing position.

Services to PromoteThe executive will represent and promote DakshinRehab’s specialised services, including:

• Physiotherapy & rehabilitation
• Stroke rehabilitation
• Spinal cord injury rehabilitation
• Neurological rehabilitation
• Post-operative rehabilitation
• Sports injury rehabilitation
• Amputee rehabilitation
• Prosthetics
• Orthotics
• AFO, KAFO and other custom orthotic solutions
• Advanced prosthetic rehabilitation and gait training
• Physiotherapy and rehabilitation for prosthetic & orthotic users
• Key ResponsibilitiesRegularly visit hospitals, clinics and medical practices across Hyderabad.
• Meet doctors, surgeons, physiotherapists, hospital coordinators and other healthcare professionals.
• Introduce DakshinRehab’s clinical services and rehabilitation capabilities.
• Develop and maintain professional relationships with potential referral sources.
• Follow up regularly with existing and prospective referral partners.
• Identify opportunities for patients requiring physiotherapy, neurorehabilitation, prosthetics, orthotics and amputee rehabilitation.
• Coordinate referred patients with the DakshinRehab clinic team.
• Maintain records of hospital/clinic visits, contacts, follow-ups, referrals and outcomes.
• Plan daily and weekly field visits efficiently.
• Provide regular reports on visits, leads, referrals and relationship development.
• Represent DakshinRehab professionally during hospital visits, meetings and healthcare events.

Candidate ProfileWe are looking for someone who:

• Has strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Is confident meeting doctors and hospital professionals.
• Is comfortable with extensive local field travel.
• Can independently plan and execute hospital/clinic visits.
• Is disciplined with follow-ups and relationship management.
• Can understand specialised rehabilitation services and explain them clearly.
• Has basic reporting and record-maintenance skills.
• Speaks English and Telugu; Hindi is an advantage.
• Has a two-wheeler and is comfortable travelling within Hyderabad.

Previous experience in hospital marketing, healthcare field marketing, medical devices, rehabilitation, physiotherapy, prosthetics & orthotics, diagnostics, pharmaceuticals or doctor relationship management will be preferred.
