Requirements
- Typing speed 45-50 WPM is mandatory
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Active, energetic, and proactive personality.
- Good common sense and ability to think quickly.
- Good listening and problem-solving skills.
- Customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to handle multiple customer queries efficiently.
- Willingness to learn and take responsibility.
- Previous experience in customer support, BPO, or a similar role is preferred.
- Freshers with good communication skills and the right attitude can also apply.
- Age below 30 years.
