- Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain Life and Health Insurance products.
- Generate leads, follow up with prospective customers and identify business opportunities.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable insurance product information.
- Explain policy benefits, features, premium details and coverage.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular follow-ups.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate with the sales team to convert leads.
- Maintain customer information, call records and follow-up details
