• Handle queries from international customers through calls, chat, or email.
• Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues professionally.
• Maintain customer satisfaction and follow quality standards.
• Update customer details and maintain accurate records.
• Follow company policies and performance targets.

Eligibility:

• Graduates and eligible undergraduates, subject to process requirements.
• Good English communication skills.
• Freshers can apply; previous BPO or customer support experience is an advantage.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Willingness to work rotational shifts, including night shifts.
