Job Description

🚀 Hiring: Customer Service Associate (CSA) & Play Area Executive

📍 Location: Jus Jumpin, Lakeshore Mall, Hyderabad

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist customers with a friendly attitude.
  • Ensure children's safety and provide an enjoyable play experience.
  • Handle ticketing, memberships, billing, and customer queries (CSA).
  • Monitor and maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the play area.
  • Support birthday parties and daily store operations.
  • Work collaboratively to deliver an excellent customer experience.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10+2 / Graduate.
  • Good communication and customer service skills.
  • Energetic, responsible, and child-friendly personality.
  • Retail, hospitality, or play area experience is an added advantage.
