Job Description
Role: CA / CMA, GST and Advisory
About us
Enclaro Advisors LLP is a Hyderabad advisory firm working on GST litigation, due diligence, M&A structuring and Virtual CFO assignments. You will work directly with the founding partner on live client matters from day one.
What you will do
- Draft replies to GST notices and SCNs, including audit and scrutiny matters
- Prepare appeals before the Appellate Authority and GSTAT, and attend hearings
- Handle GST refunds (export and inverted duty) through to sanction
- Research case law and circulars, and write advisory notes on client queries
- Review financial statements for Schedule III and disclosure compliance
- Support financial, GST and income tax due diligence for investments and acquisitions
- Analyse company financials and tax positions for transaction advisory, valuation and deal structuring
Who we are looking for
- Qualified CA or CMA, 1 to 3 years post-qualification experience
- Hands-on exposure to GST notices, appeals or litigation
- Working knowledge of income tax, enough to spot risks in a due diligence
- Comfortable reading and questioning financials, not just preparing them
- Can meet clients and officers independently
- Strong Excel skills
- Own two-wheeler for travel within Hyderabad
Details
- Salary: Rs 60,000 to 75,000 per month
- Timings: Mon to Sat, 10 AM to 6 PM (second Saturday off)
- Location: Madhapur, Hyderabad (work from office)
- Joining: immediate, or up to 30 days notice
