Role Description The Branch Operations Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad, responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the diagnostics center. This role includes managing staff schedules, supervising front office and laboratory workflow, and ensuring timely and accurate service delivery to patients and healthcare partners. The Branch Operations Manager monitors quality, safety, and compliance with accreditation standards, coordinates with clinical and administrative teams, and addresses operational issues promptly. The role also involves managing inventory and equipment maintenance, optimizing processes for efficiency, tracking branch performance metrics, and supporting initiatives that enhance patient experience and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Operational management skills, including branch administration, workflow coordination, and process improvement in a healthcare or diagnostics setting.
• People management capabilities, such as team supervision, performance monitoring, and staff training and development.
• Quality and compliance skills, including familiarity with NABL, ISO standards, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements in diagnostics.
• Customer service and communication skills to handle patient interactions, resolve service issues, and collaborate effectively with clinical and administrative teams.
• Analytical and organizational skills for managing schedules, inventory, reporting, and data-driven decision-making.
• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, medical lab technology, business management, or a related field; advanced qualifications are an advantage.
• Prior experience in diagnostics, hospitals, or clinical laboratories in an operations or supervisory role is highly beneficial.
• Proficiency with healthcare information systems, basic office software, and willingness to adapt to new technologies.
