Job Description

  • Must reside on the property full-time — this is a mandatory live-in role (accommodation & meals provided)
  • Take complete ownership of daily operations: guest check-ins/check-outs, stay allocations, and overall site upkeep
  • Lead and manage the entire on-site team — housekeeping, kitchen, and ground staff
  • Own the guest experience end-to-end, resolving concerns and ensuring a smooth, memorable stay
  • Oversee property maintenance, repairs, and coordinate vendors and supplies/inventory
  • Manage day-to-day finances — collections, expenses, and reporting directly to the owner
  • Plan and host guest events and activities (bonfires, hikes, games, movie nights)
  • Drive property growth initiatives and execute the owner's strategic direction
  • Strong leadership, communication, and calm, guest-first problem-solving skills
  • Prior experience in hospitality, resort, or campsite operations preferred
  • Work Can be either in the day time or night time, has to be flexible
