Job Description
Job Summary
The Assistant Payroll Manager is responsible for supporting the complete payroll process for employees across Meghavi Wellness Pvt. Ltd.'s wellness centres, corporate office, and other business locations.
The role requires ensuring accurate and timely salary processing, attendance and leave reconciliation, statutory compliance, payroll accounting, employee settlements, and payroll reporting.
The position involves close coordination with HR, Finance, Centre Managers, and operational teams to ensure payroll inputs are accurate and processed within established timelines.
