Job OverviewWe are looking for an experienced and responsible Design & Site Supervisor – Civil to manage site activities and support civil design and execution work. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of civil construction, site supervision, and coordination with workers and contractors.

• Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise day-to-day civil construction activities at project sites.
• Monitor site work to ensure proper quality and timely completion.
• Read and understand civil drawings, layouts, and measurements.
• Assist with basic civil design and planning activities.
• Coordinate with contractors, workers, vendors, and project teams.
• Monitor material usage and ensure materials are available as required.
• Take site measurements and maintain accurate records.
• Ensure construction work follows approved drawings and specifications.
• Identify and report site issues and coordinate for timely resolution.
• Maintain daily site progress reports.
• Ensure proper safety practices are followed at the site.
• Coordinate with clients and other stakeholders when required.
• Perform other site-related duties assigned by the management.
• RequirementsMinimum 2 years of relevant experience in civil construction/site supervision.
• Diploma or B.Tech in Civil Engineering candidates preferred.
• Telugu language proficiency is mandatory.
• Candidates from Telangana and Andhra Pradesh can apply.
• Good knowledge of civil construction and site supervision.
• Ability to read and understand civil drawings.
• Basic knowledge of measurements and construction materials.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
