Job Description
Handle and manage a team of Business Development Managers (BDMs).
Set monthly business and sales targets for BDMs. Guide and monitor BDMs to achieve their monthly targets. Motivate and support the team to improve performance. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide necessary guidance. Drive overall business growth through the team.
Build a strong and productive team.
Support BDMs in achieving business objectives and resolving challenges. Ensure the team follows company policies and processes.
