Job Description
Job Description – Accounts & Compliance Executive
Key Responsibilities
• TDS & GST: Handle TDS and GST calculations, filings, payments, and reconciliations within deadlines.
• PF & ESI Compliance: Manage monthly PF and ESI contributions, filings, payments, and statutory records.
• P&L Management: Prepare monthly Profit & Loss statements, track revenue and expenses, and analyze profitability.
• MIS Reporting: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports, including financial and business performance reports.
• Financial Analysis: Identify cost variations, revenue gaps, and opportunities to improve business performance.
• Coordination: Work closely with HR, Operations, and Finance teams to ensure accurate reporting and timely compliance. Required Qualifications & Skills
• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in Accounts and Compliance.
• Good knowledge of TDS, GST, PF, ESI, P&L, and MIS reporting.
• Strong Excel skills and analytical abilities.
• Good attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
Preferred: Experience in multi-outlet businesses, hospitality, retail, or the wellness industry.
