Job Description

As the Analyst – Learning & Development Operations, you will play a pivotal role in executing learning operational strategies and managing learning systems for the L&D Center of Excellence (CoE). This role ensures the effectiveness of learning solutions, stakeholder satisfaction, and fosters a culture of continuous learning through collaboration with key stakeholders. You will oversee critical L&D programs, process improvements, technology implementation, and learning service delivery.

Learning Technologies and Automation

• Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS), Learning Experience Platforms (LxP), and related technologies
• Ability to administer learning systems, including assigning training, managing curricula, and maintaining training records
• Understanding of integration between Learning & Talent Systems, HRIS, and content providers
• Skill in executing automation initiatives to streamline learning processes

Operational Execution

Strong operational execution ensures learning programs run smoothly, align with business goals, and deliver measurable results. This competency is critical for maintaining high standards and stakeholder satisfaction.

• Ability to follow standardized global processes and ensure accurate documentation
• Proficiency in managing incidents, escalations, and recurring issues
• Capability to serve as system administrator for key learning tools

Learning Analytics

Key Responsibilities

These are the primary day-to-day tasks and deliverables for this role.

• Manage multiple learning projects, balancing timelines, quality standards, and stakeholder expectations
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to gather requirements and translate them into effective learning solutions
• Plan, execute, and evaluate learning and development programs, including pilot programs, rollouts, assessments, and learner enrollment
• Execute automation initiatives to streamline learning processes
• Serve as system administrator for key learning tools, including updates, release, and change management
• Conduct periodic reviews and updates to ensure alignment with learning goals
• Leverage learning analytics and feedback for continuous improvement of learning outcomes
• Support knowledge and capability building within the team

Qualifications

Essential

• Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in a relevant field
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in core Learning Delivery & Operations roles with an understanding of GXP, CFR 21 Part 11 Compliance
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (SumTotal / Cornerstone) and Learning Experience Platforms (Percipio)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, team-driven environment

Preferred

• Intermediate to proficient knowledge in MS Excel and analytics tools
• Experience with content providers such as Coursera, LinkedIn Learning, Skillsoft, Aperian Globesmart, etc.
• Experience using ticketing tools like Leena.AI, ServiceNow, etc.
