Job SummaryWe are looking for qualified, passionate, and experienced teachers who can effectively deliver subject-specific instruction, engage students in the learning process, and contribute to the academic and overall development of students.

• Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and deliver effective lessons according to the school curriculum.
• Teach the assigned subject to students in an engaging and interactive manner.
• Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, worksheets, assignments, and assessments.
• Maintain proper classroom discipline and create a positive learning environment.
• Evaluate student performance through tests, assignments, activities, and examinations.
• Identify students who require additional academic support and provide appropriate guidance.
• Track and maintain student academic records and progress reports.
• Use appropriate teaching aids, digital tools, and technology wherever required.
• Encourage critical thinking, creativity, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Participate in parent-teacher meetings and communicate student progress professionally.
• Coordinate with other teachers, coordinators, and school management.
• Participate in school events, academic activities, workshops, competitions, and extracurricular programs.
• Follow all school policies, academic procedures, and professional standards.
• Maintain confidentiality regarding student and school information.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good classroom management skills.
• Ability to engage students of different learning levels.
• Strong lesson-planning and organizational skills.

• Educational QualificationBachelor's or Master's degree in the relevant subject.
• B.Ed. / relevant teaching qualification preferred or required as per school requirements.
• TET/CTET qualification preferred wherever applicable.
• Preferred ExperiencePrevious experience in a school environment.
• Experience with CBSE/ICSE/State Board curriculum as applicable.
• Experience handling the relevant grade levels.
