Job Responsibilities:

• Teach Science or Social Science to middle and secondary school students.
• Prepare and deliver engaging, student-friendly lesson plans.
• Explain concepts clearly using activities, examples, experiments, and teaching aids.
• Assess students through tests, assignments, projects, and classroom activities.
• Monitor student academic progress and provide additional support when required.
• Maintain classroom discipline and create a positive learning environment.
• Participate in parent-teacher meetings and school academic activities.
• Prepare students for examinations and ensure syllabus completion on time.
• Maintain proper records of student performance and assessments.
• Collaborate with other teachers and the academic team to improve learning outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in the relevant subject.
• B.Ed. is preferred/required as per school requirements.
• Relevant teaching certification will be an added advantage.

Experience:

• 2–5 years of teaching experience in middle/secondary school preferred.
• Freshers with strong subject knowledge and communication skills may also be considered.
