Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting activities, maintain accurate financial records, prepare reports, and ensure compliance with applicable tax and accounting requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate books of accounts and financial records.
• Record daily sales, purchases, receipts, payments, and journal entries.
• Prepare and maintain invoices, vouchers, ledgers, and bank reconciliations.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Monitor cash flow and maintain proper documentation of transactions.
• Perform bank, ledger, and account reconciliations.
• Assist with GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance requirements.
• Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, banks, and other financial institutions when required.
• Ensure timely filing of returns and payment of statutory dues.
• Identify accounting discrepancies and resolve them promptly.
• Maintain proper records and supporting documents for all financial transactions.
• Assist management with budgeting, financial analysis, and other accounting-related requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree .
• 1–3 years of relevant accounting experience preferred.
• Good knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Working knowledge of Tally Prime/ERP and MS Excel.
• Knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic taxation.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of financial information.
