Job Description
- Lead and manage the Field Collection Team.
- Assign daily locations and collection targets to field executives.
- Monitor team performance, visits, follow-ups, and collections.
- Guide team members on customer handling and recovery strategies.
- Conduct regular field reviews and ensure target achievement.
- Handle escalations and resolve field-related issues.
- Maintain daily collection and performance reports.
- Ensure team follows company policies and collection procedures.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in Field Collections / Debt Recovery required.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented and problem-solving approach.
